Insight Meditation Group of Mentor
This new group has recently been formed in the Mentor area by Tracy Zakraysek and will be meeting weekly in Mentor On The Lake. Here is the format for the group:
- greetings, introductions
- 15 minutes silent meditation (preceded by a 5 minute instructional podcast if desired)
- discussion
- 30 minute silent meditation
