Insight meditation is a training of the mind and heart. Meditation practice helps us quiet the mind and open the heart. The result over time is a lessening of suffering and stress and an increase in compassion, love and wisdom. Instead of fighting with the reality of life, one flows with its ups and downs, living more and more in a state of equanimity and peace.

In these trying times, Insight Meditation Cleveland is here to help you establish a meditation practice or support your existing practice. We offer one-session introductions to insight meditation as well as weekly sangha meetings. For the duration of the pandemic, all meetings are held online via Zoom.
